La Caseta is a wonderfully charming, very well-maintained cozy town house in the center of Pollença, very quiet and central in a side street of Calvary Hill - landmark of Pollença with 365 steps - located approximately in the middle.
La Caseta has two double rooms and a complete bathroom with a separate shower. One double room is on the first floor, the second in the attic. Particularly noteworthy: the town house offers a beautifully designed garden with stone steps, additionally a balcony in the upper bedroom and from there a picture-perfect view over the town. The garden is accessible through the rear part of the house and equipped with garden chairs, wooden table, and grill. La Caseta has been completely renovated and is very bright and friendly in a typical rural-Mediterranean style.
On the ground floor, you enter the town house La Caseta from the small alley, entering the living and dining room and behind it the kitchen, through which you can access the garden in the rear part of the house.
From the living area, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find the bedroom with a queen-size bed, the bathroom, and a room with a sofa and TV. From this room, you can reach the attic via another staircase, where there is another bedroom with two beds, with a small terrace in front offering a view over Pollensa extending to Pollensa Bay.
The garden is lovingly designed with Mediterranean plants and perfect for starting the day with a cozy breakfast or ending the evening with grilling and a glass of wine.

Lovely small garden (not common in old town properties) which is perfect for relaxing in. 200 steps up Calvari but these are shallow and do not present any problem (and you can walk up the hill to the side if you prefer). Beautiful views across the town and to the sea from the top bedroom and terrace. Small supermarket and bakery 5 minutes walk away. Karin & Jaume (from Mallorca My Home) were very friendly and helpful.

La Cassata bietet alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Gemütlich, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die guten Matratzen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Den hübschen kleinen Stadtgarten und die Dachterrasse mit tollem Weitblick haben wir ebenfasee more
