La Caseta is a beautiful, very well-kept, cozy town house in the center of Pollença, very quiet and centrally located in a side street of Calvary - the symbol of Pollença with 365 stairs - roughly in the middle.
La Caseta has two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with separate shower. One double room is on the first floor, the second in the attic. Particularly noteworthy: the townhouse offers a beautifully landscaped garden with stone steps, an additional balcony in the upper bedroom and from there a picture-perfect view of the town. The garden can be accessed from the back of the house and is furnished with garden chairs, a wooden table and a barbecue. La Caseta has been completely renovated and is very bright and friendly furnished in a typical rural-Mediterranean style.
From the small alley, you reach the town house La Caseta on the ground floor, enter the living and dining room and behind it the kitchen, which leads to the garden in the back part of the house.
Stairs lead from the living area to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a room with a sofa and TV. From this room, another staircase leads to the attic where there is another bedroom with two beds, the small terrace in front of the room with views over Pollensa to the bay of Pollensa.
The garden has been lovingly landscaped with Mediterranean plants and is perfect for starting the day with a leisurely breakfast or ending the evening with a barbecue and a glass of wine.

Lovely small garden (not common in old town properties) which is perfect for relaxing in. 200 steps up Calvari but these are shallow and do not present any problem (and you can walk up the hill to the side if you prefer). Beautiful views across the town and to the sea from the top bedroom and terrace. Small supermarket and bakery 5 minutes walk away. Karin & Jaume (from Mallorca My Home) were very friendly and helpful.

La Cassata bietet alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Gemütlich, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die guten Matratzen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Den hübschen kleinen Stadtgarten und die Dachterrasse mit tollem Weitblick haben wir ebenfasee more
