This town house with pool and large garden in Consell is modern and tastefully furnished and is ideal for up to eight people. Casa Consell 30 was completely renovated in 2022 under the direction of a renowned local architect, you will find stylish elements and design down to the last detail.
Interior | On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, the large dining area with dining table and seating for ten people, as well as a cozy sofa corner with a comfortable sofa. One of the three bedrooms of Casa Consell 30 is on the ground floor, three other bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.
Exterior | Terrace fully equipped with dining table and seating for up to eight people, beautiful gardens and terrace area by the house and around the pool. Outside grill available. The large pool is a saltwater pool and therefore very kind to the skin and eyes.
Special feature: Next to the Casa 30 is the Consell 28 next door with up to ten beds. Very close to Casa 28, accessible via a small cul-de-sac, are the two semi-detached houses Casa Consell No. 20 and No. 18, each with six beds. Very practical for several families, you are together and can still maintain privacy as you wish.
