Finca L'Olivar is a very beautiful rustic finca. It has been restored with a lot of details, but still retains its traditional charm.
This country house is located in a large garden, with a wonderful view and tranquility. The house with approx. 350 square meters is set inmidst a 50,000 square meter property. It is within walking distance of Pollensa Golf. The house offers modern amenities combined with traditional style and charm. A massive wooden door leads into a light and airy living room, from this area you step into a spacious dining room with large glass door that have view to the rear area of the villa. From the living room you get to the large covered terrace with a big wooden table and outdoor sofa set. The pool and barbecue area are also located in this part of the villa. On the ground floor there is a double room and a shower room. On the upper floor there are four further bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them in suite.
The great large pool with stairs is located in front of the covered terrace and is surrounded by a lawn. The covered barbecue area is also located in this area. Ideal for cozy barbecues.
