A family favourite, Villa Can Curassa suits larger groups looking to be near the action and sandy beaches around Pollenca and Alcudia Bay in the north of Mallorca. With bustling Puerto Pollenca basically at your doorstep, days can be spent strolling along the sea-side promenade, enjoying the occasional stop at the ice-cream stand and lazing at the beach to refresh the tan.
If it's a hassle-free and restful holiday you're after, Can Curassa is ideal for that too. Vast flat lawns and cosy terraces, a 10m saltwater pool, gym equipment, table tennis, and even a very own home cinema provide plenty of comfort and entertainment options within the secure surroundings of your private holiday home.

Villa Can Curassa was built in 2006 in the typical Mallorcan 'finca' style known for its local traditional stone work, wooden beams, terracotta roofs, tiled flooring and wooden shutters. Having recently been renovated, the original features now team up with luxurious interiors using warm furnishings and neutral pastel colours. Without doubt, the owners have a high comfort level in mind for their guests and this can be felt throughout the house and beyond onto the snug outdoor terrace and garden. Equally important as the comfort factor, the hosts considered the entertainment aspect of a holiday and henceforth installed a home cinema on the lower ground, Sky TV in the lounge, an Xbox games console, table tennis, Wi-Fi internet as well as some gym equipment to work off those extra ice-cream calories.

Accomodation comprises :

Ground Floor:

Cosy lounge and dining area with comfy sofas, wood burner, TV/SKY and Bose sound system. Glass doors open up onto the al fresco dining terrace.

Fully-equipped country-style kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast table with benches.

Bedroom 1: with 1.50m bed, en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: with twin/ double beds plus two further truckle beds. En suite shower room.

First Floor:

Bedroom 3: Spacious Master bedroom with 1.80m bed, TV, private terrace and en suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 & 5: Family suite with shared bathroom. One of the rooms is a small twin bedroom and the other has a 1.50m double bed.

Lower Ground Floor:

Cinema room with eight comfy seats, a screen and projector as well as approx. 50 films to choose from.

Pool-side Cottage:

Covered BBQ and pool bar area with al fresco table and benches.

Bedroom 6: Spacious open-plan bedroom with large glass doors and views across the garden and pool. Air-conditioned with en suite shower room and a 1.60m wide double bed.

Kindly Note:

We’d like to make you aware that there are two fountains on the property, one in front of the house and one on the terrace to the back of the house, we therefore advise to supervise young children at all times.
