Xanet is a small finca with a large pool. The loft-like interior creates a cozy atmosphere. Glass doors open to the outside area, where the pool and the annex building are located.In the upper area there is the king-size bed and the bathroom elegantly integrated into the bedroom. The fantastic view of the landscape can even be enjoyed from the shower thanks to the cleverly built-in glass wall.The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa and armchair. Large glass doors lead to the outside area with pool and sun terrace, as well as a covered annex.The sun loungers and armchairs by the pool invite you to spend cozy days with a book by the pool. The 12 x 3 m pool then creates the necessary variety and you can swim great laps due to its length.The annex building has an outside sofa and armchair, as well as another dining table with four chairs. Another shower, sink and toilet are located there.A small finca with a great view, completely renovated in the typical local style and with modern furnishings.
