Tierra Marina design features finca-style beamed ceilings over terracotta flooring, with luxurious fabrics and splashes of colour between. The interior is sophisticated, but retains its traditional Spanish charm.

The exclusive villa lies in the north of Majorca, close to the lively towns of Pollenca and Alcudia. It is close to nearby sandy beaches, hiking trails and golf courses. It's an excellent base for exploring all aspects of the island. It also affords easy access to and from Palma in the south.

The three bedrooms are spread over two floors. Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish lounge leading onto a covered terrace. There's an open-plan kitchen, separate dining area and two of the bedrooms. Upstairs is the master suite, with French doors opening onto a large balcony, providing stunning views of the distant Mediterranean.

Outside, the family can enjoy table tennis and a 10-metre pool (this can be fenced for children’s safety). Wrap-around terraces give plenty of shade from the Spanish sun. They also provide a great space for alfresco dining. A cypress-lined driveway and manicured gardens, with floral borders, palm trees and extensive lawns, give this homely villa its tranquil setting.

Arrival set of pool towels, household and bed linen (changed weekly for stays longer than 7 days).

Mid-week maid service including making the beds, changing towels and cleaning the bathrooms.

Private swimming pool (chlorine water, approx. 10x5m). A protective fence can be erected upon advance request.
Tourism tax.

Additional maid service on advance request at EUR 18/hour (payable locally).
